D4 Enterprises has recently started offering free distribution of the new content “Battle Legend Elf (PC-8801 version)” on their retro game streaming service, “Project EGG”. Released in 1985, this vertical-scrolling shooting game allows players to navigate through seven stages by controlling the robot “Elfix”. The tricky enemy movements and challenging stages provide a nostalgic gaming experience reminiscent of the 80s. The game also features a quick save function, allowing players to retry as needed. “Project EGG” was established as a service to preserve retro games as cultural heritage and provide enjoyment to retro game enthusiasts. Currently, over 1,000 retro games are available for distribution, along with soundtracks and game introduction videos.
